Copyright Infringement Notice and Takedown Policy

1. Introduction
Travelprox.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
2. DMCA Notice Requirements
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or [Your State/jurisdiction] if your address is outside the United States); and
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
5. Processing of Notices and Counter-Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content;
- Make reasonable attempts to notify the user who posted the content;
- Forward a copy of the DMCA notice to the user who posted the content.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will:
- Promptly provide the person who submitted the DMCA notice with a copy of the counter-notice;
- Inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days;
- Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10-14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, unless our designated copyright agent receives notice that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. A user’s account will be terminated if:
- The user has been found to have infringed copyrights on three or more occasions
- Circumstances warrant immediate termination
7. Good Faith Belief
We reserve the right to disregard a DMCA notice or counter-notice that we believe was not submitted in good faith.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified DMCA Policy.
